Replaced windscreen with insurance, looked good when i picked it up but a few weeks later my internal mirror fell off. On closer inspection the clips holding the mirror to the mount had been broken off and were stuffed back together not to mention the external screw mechanism being broken and glued...clearly an attempt to hide the failure and get me out the door without spotting it. Sent a letter to the insurance company advising them, but because it happened a few weeks after i got the car back "it might not have been the garage that caused the damage". Load of crap.!! might have been the Hobbits i guess? never again.!!

So one of their Drivers "was having a bad day" And tried to run my Brother in law off of the road as he was riding past. My brother in law ended up crashing into the gutter and would have been hit if he hadnt swerved to avoid the van (he was riding a foot or two away from the gutter). The drivers lame excuse? A spider was in the car. Although this was his story only after he had been reported and was in trouble. My brother in law swears he was looking at him the whole time and that the driver deliberately swerved from the middle of the road when he saw him riding past. AT NO TIME DID THE DRIVER STOP AND CHECK TO SEE IF HE WAS OK. If I could give zero stars I would. What he did was Illegal, dangerous and stupid . O'Briens have a duty of care to make sure their drivers are SAFE on the roads and not homicidal maniacs. The only resolution they offered was half price windscreens... Like that will make up for deliberately trying to cause a complete stranger harm!
